Been doing business with the them since 95. We moved 5 yrs ago and they are still always here for me. No complaints at all. Good dependable service at a fair price.
Flood waters totaled our furnace and every electrical aspect of use. We have an infant and a young child in our home and the nights were getting very cold. We called this company because it was recommended by family only to be diagnosed with a bad Thermostat. My husband had to buy it and install it himself because they did not have one. After the thermostat switch did not work we had the guy out two more times. He kept saying electrical damage and that he could fix it and things were under warranty. After the last time he arrived we talked about contacting the insurance company for a claim. We were losing patience and hope by then. We called the insurance company and waited on a phone call back from R Eich & Sons to get the ball rolling. Electrical heaters in our home were not cutting it anymore! Three weeks without heat so far. My husband called them THREE TIMES in one day and we never received a call back. They got 65 dollars of our money and did not help us at all!
Within 2 hours of us calling Best Comfort Heating and Cooling, from Joliet, they had our heat up and running for a temporary fix. The service repairman told us that in no way should we have been left without heat by the previous repairman especially with a baby in the home.
