Had them install a hot water heater a couple of days ago. Called them 3 pm Wednesday. They showed up at my house 8 am the next morning to measure and that afternoon the install was complete. They deal with A.O. Smith water heaters and I purchased mine through them for $550. They are charging another $200 for the install. The lowest price I found online for that exact model water heater was $600. There are cheaper models out there, but this water heater is clearly higher quality than I had previously and I think it was a good deal.
